Hot Topic Announcement

CS-SIS is pleased to announce that our Hot Topic session at this year's annual meeting will cover e-books! Here are the details: 

Tom Boone, Reference Librarian at Loyola Law School Los Angeles, and Jason Eiseman, Head of Technology Services at Yale Law Library, will discuss emerging trends in e-books. This session will include an in-depth look at the technology, tools, and techniques for creating, editing, and publishing e-books in various formats for various platforms. See real-life examples of e-book creation and publishing by law libraries.

Looking for Volunteers for the CS-SIS Cool Tools Cafe

As you may know, CS-SIS is hosting a program at the AALL Annual Meeting called the Cool Tools Cafe in which our members will be demonstrating new gadgets and technologies for use in law libraries.  It will consist of 5-10 minute informal demonstrations at various tables around the room.  Attendees can wander from demo to demo as they please.
